John Kelly

John Kelly has been an executive leader at SaaS organizations, managing revenue, profit, and business growth for over 20 years. John Kelly was senior vice president and COO for SAP’s Business User/Intelligence and OnDemand Solutions divisions where he led go-to-market activities that included revenue generation, sales, channels, consulting, and P&L management. He also held senior roles at Oracle where he was responsible for the worldwide customer services organization, advanced product services, and over two billion dollars in annual revenue. More recently John has held senior leadership positions at Hired, InsideView and Findly. At SupportLogic, John leads our strategy and execution of all sales and revenue initiatives.

Françoise Tourniaire

Françoise Tourniaire has over 20 years’ experience as a Support and Services executive. Prior to founding FT Works in 1998, she was the Vice President of Worldwide Service at Scopus, a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool manufacturer. She is an author with several published books on support operations and management, including The Art of Software Support and Just Enough CRM.

Daniel Kuster

Daniel is the founder and CEO of Cambrio. Previously he was the principal engineer of advanced development and Machine learning at Indico and computations systems biologist at Pfizer. Dan holds a Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
