Tim is the Managing Director of Sierra Ventures.  Tim is a serial entrepreneur, and has built two software infrastructure companies, Scopus Technology, which went public in 1995, and Octane Software, where he was Founder/CEO which he sold to Epiphany for $3.2 billion in 2000. In 2002 he became a Managing Director at Sierra Ventures. At Sierra, he’s taken two companies public, Sourcefire (FIRE) and MakeMyTrip (MMYT), and has been responsible for several M&As.

Ken is the Managing Director at Sorenson Ventures. Before joining Sorenson, Ken was Managing Director at Intel Capital and VP at Intel Corporation. Leading the software and security groups at Intel Capital, Ken invested in several market-leading companies including AtHoc (Blackberry), Prolexic (Akamai), DocuSign, Forescout,AlienVault (AT&T), Venafi, Vectra Networks, Gigya (SAP), BrightEdge, among many others. He enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs to help them attack new market opportunities and gain access to key initial customers and partners. His efforts have led to recognition as one of the most connected names in tech.

Bogomil Balkansky is a well-known name the tech ecosystem in both Bulgaria and in the US. He was Head of the Customer Data Integration Group at Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle) at the beginning of his career, then he became Senior Vice President at VMware reporting to Diane Green, and most recently was part of bebop.co which was sold to Google. He was recently named #1 among the top 10 most important people in HR Tech. Bogomil currently serves as the Managing Partner at Sequoia Ventures

He also served as the Product Director of Ads for Facebook. He served as Product Management Director of Google AdSense. He led AdSense product management at Google from January 2003 to November 2007. He has extensive experience in the online advertising industry. He launched Google AdSense for Video, which provided video publishers the ability to embed contextual ads directly into their video players. He also helped drive a number of Google’s acquisitions, including DoubleClick, AdScape, and dMarc.

Jocelyn Goldfein is a widely recognized industry expert on product strategy, infrastructure and organizational scale. Her career as an engineering leader spans from early stage startups to high-growth years at Facebook and VMware.

During Jocelyn’s tenure at Facebook, she helped convert News Feed to Machine Learning and spearheaded the transition to a ‘mobile first’ product organization. As an early engineer at VMware, she built core virtualization technology and ultimately established and ran VMware’s Desktop Business Unit, a $150M line of business.

As an angel investor, she’s backed over 20 startups with an emphasis on infrastructure and AI. She serves on several boards, including Harvey Mudd College, and is a visiting lecturer at Stanford University.
